Ingredients

The dough

  • ½ cup high protein self-rising flour
  • ½ cup unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

Bagel toppings

  • sesame seeds
  • poppy seeds
  • sea salt
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein flour and Greek yogurt, mixing until combined.
  3. Knead the dough gently with your hands until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, divide it into eight equal portions, and shape them into bagels.
  5. Place the bagels on the lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with toppings.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
