Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the protein flour and Greek yogurt, mixing until combined.
- Knead the dough gently with your hands until smooth.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, divide it into eight equal portions, and shape them into bagels.
- Place the bagels on the lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with toppings.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
