Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the almond flour (or coconut flour) and baking powder until uniform.
- Add the eggs to the food processor and process until uniform, then set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese together until well incorporated.
- Transfer the melted cheese mixture into the food processor and pulse until a uniform dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel, placing them on the lined baking sheet.
- If desired, spray the bagels with cooking spray and add toppings before baking.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until firm and golden brown.
- Allow the bagels to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
