Ingredients

The dough

  • cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 oz Cream cheese (cubed)

Optional toppings

  • to taste Cooking spray
  • to taste Sesame seeds
  • to taste Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the almond flour (or coconut flour) and baking powder until uniform.
  3. Add the eggs to the food processor and process until uniform, then set aside.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese together until well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the melted cheese mixture into the food processor and pulse until a uniform dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel, placing them on the lined baking sheet.
  7. If desired, spray the bagels with cooking spray and add toppings before baking.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  9. Allow the bagels to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
