Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, microwave cream cheese and shredded mozzarella for 60 seconds.
- Stir the melted cheese into the almond flour mixture, microwaving for an additional 30 seconds if needed.
- Add in the beaten eggs and mix until a dough forms.
- Wet your hands and knead the dough into a ball, then divide it into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
- Wet the tops of the bagels and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
