Ingredients

The bagels

  • cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds
  • teaspoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon poppyseeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, microwave cream cheese and shredded mozzarella for 60 seconds.
  4. Stir the melted cheese into the almond flour mixture, microwaving for an additional 30 seconds if needed.
  5. Add in the beaten eggs and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Wet your hands and knead the dough into a ball, then divide it into 8 equal portions.
  7. Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
  8. Wet the tops of the bagels and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
