Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, flax meal, and salt.
- Add yogurt and water to the dry ingredients and stir until crumbly.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until slightly tacky.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls and shape each into a rope, connecting the ends to form bagels.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg white and add desired toppings.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the pan for 20 minutes before serving.
