Air Fryer Bagels
Ingredients
The bagel dough

self rising flour

Greek yogurt
Optional toppings

butter, melted

sesame seeds or favorite bagel toppings
Instructions
- Mix the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with toppings.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry at 180C/350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove bagels from the air fryer and let cool before slicing.
