Ingredients

The bagel dough

  • 1 ¾ cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Optional toppings

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds or favorite bagel toppings

Instructions

  1. Mix the self rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until combined.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a bagel.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with toppings.
  5. Place bagels in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
  6. Air fry at 180C/350F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove bagels from the air fryer and let cool before slicing.
