Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Gluten-Free 1:1 Baking Flour
  • ½ Cup Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Decide whether to use an air fryer or an oven; preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using the oven.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and yogurt until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Grease your hands with a little oil to prevent sticking, scoop a small spoonful of dough, and roll it into a ball.
  4. If desired, coat the dough balls in everything but the bagel seasoning.
  5. Place the bagel bites in the air fryer basket or on the baking sheet.
