Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Whey protein powder
  • 3 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 large Egg whites
  • ½ cup Boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Add avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, and egg whites, mixing until uniform.
  4. Pour in boiling water while mixing with a hand mixer for about a minute, ensuring not to over-mix.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each between two pieces of lightly oiled parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Place the rolled flatbreads on the lined baking sheets, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes, swapping the pans halfway through, until firm.
