Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Add avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, and egg whites, mixing until uniform.
- Pour in boiling water while mixing with a hand mixer for about a minute, ensuring not to over-mix.
- Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each between two pieces of lightly oiled parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the rolled flatbreads on the lined baking sheets, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, swapping the pans halfway through, until firm.
