Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and Greek yogurt, then microwave until melted and smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and eggs.
- Quickly add the flour mixture to the melted cheese and knead until a uniform dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball and chill if it's too sticky.
- Cut the dough into 6 sections and shape each into a flatbread about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake the naan for 8 to 11 minutes until golden brown, popping any bubbles with a fork.
- Mix the butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the naan.
- Return the naan to the oven for an additional 2 minutes to brown further.
