Ingredients

The dough

  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder

The topping

  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and Greek yogurt, then microwave until melted and smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, and eggs.
  4. Quickly add the flour mixture to the melted cheese and knead until a uniform dough forms.
  5. Form the dough into a ball and chill if it's too sticky.
  6. Cut the dough into 6 sections and shape each into a flatbread about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Bake the naan for 8 to 11 minutes until golden brown, popping any bubbles with a fork.
  8. Mix the butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then brush over the naan.
  9. Return the naan to the oven for an additional 2 minutes to brown further.
