Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Microwave the mozzarella cheese and milk until melted, then whisk to combine.
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly for 2 minutes.
- Add almond flour, eggs, and baking powder to the cheese mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and flatten them into rough circles.
- Place the naan on the lined tray and bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let the naan sit for 10 minutes before brushing with garlic butter, if desired.
