Keto Cheese Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the almond flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and microwave until warm, whisking until smooth.
- Transfer the melted cheese to a food processor, add the eggs and dry ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Roll out the dough into a large oval shape on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice, and serve.
