Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (162°C).
- Prepare the dough using the Keto Bread Mix according to the package instructions, shaping it into a long loaf on a lined sheet pan.
- Bake the bread for about 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean, then let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, preheat the oven to Broil.
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise and then into 1.5-inch slices.
- In a bowl, mash together the salted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture over the bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and broil for 2-4 minutes until the butter is melted and the edges are toasted.
