Ingredients

The bread

  • 1 bag Wholesome Yum Keto Bread Mix
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened almond milk

The topping

  • ¾ cup Salted butter
  • 10 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (162°C).
  2. Prepare the dough using the Keto Bread Mix according to the package instructions, shaping it into a long loaf on a lined sheet pan.
  3. Bake the bread for about 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean, then let it cool completely.
  4. Once cooled, preheat the oven to Broil.
  5. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and then into 1.5-inch slices.
  6. In a bowl, mash together the salted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  7. Spread the garlic butter mixture over the bread and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
  8. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and broil for 2-4 minutes until the butter is melted and the edges are toasted.
