Ingredients

For the bread

  • 1 package Wholesome Yum Keto Bread Mix
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened almond milk

For the croutons

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the white keto bread according to the instructions on the keto bread mix package and let it cool completely.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the cooled bread into ¾ inch cubes.
  4. In a large bowl, drizzle the bread cubes with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Spread the seasoned bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between them, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow croutons to sit overnight, uncovered, before serving.
