Instructions
- Make the white keto bread according to the instructions on the keto bread mix package and let it cool completely.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the cooled bread into ¾ inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the bread cubes with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the seasoned bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between them, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow croutons to sit overnight, uncovered, before serving.
