Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or blender, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt, blending until a dough forms. Add water if the dough is too crumbly.
- Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, cover with another sheet, and roll it out to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares using a pizza cutter.
- Place the crackers on the lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
