Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine almond flour, shredded cheese, and salt, blending until a dough forms. Add water if the dough is too crumbly.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, cover with another sheet, and roll it out to about ¼ inch thickness.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into squares using a pizza cutter.
  5. Place the crackers on the lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
