Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix the almond flour, sea salt, and nutritional yeast in a bowl.
  3. Add the egg and combine until crumbly.
  4. Knead in the melted cheddar until a uniform dough forms.
  5. Form the dough into a ball and chill if too sticky.
  6. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to a thin rectangle.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  8. Cut the dough into squares and prick with a fork.
  9. Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden, then cool completely.
