Instructions
- Melt the cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Mix the almond flour, sea salt, and nutritional yeast in a bowl.
- Add the egg and combine until crumbly.
- Knead in the melted cheddar until a uniform dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball and chill if too sticky.
- Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to a thin rectangle.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut the dough into squares and prick with a fork.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden, then cool completely.
