Easy Cheesy Crackers

cheddar cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it forms a ball.
- Roll the dough into a log about 1½ inches in diameter and optionally refrigerate.
- Slice ¼ inch thick pieces from the log and place them flat on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Optional: Use a fork to gently flatten the tops of each cracker.
- Bake for 8 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
