Easy Cheezy Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment or a non-stick mat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, nutritional yeast, and salt. Add the olive oil and water, and combine to form a dough.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface or between two Silpat mats until it's 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired cracker shapes.
- Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and poke with a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Allow the crackers to cool on a rack and store them at room temperature or freeze for later.
