Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 ¼ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk to break up lumps.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough between parchment and wax paper until thin.
  6. Cut the dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden, then cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Break up the crackers and return them to the warm oven for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up.
  9. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
