Low Carb Cheddar Cheese Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to break up lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and olive oil together, then mix with the dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough between parchment and wax paper to an even thickness.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven, cool for 5 minutes, then break apart the crackers and return them to the warm oven for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
