Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into two halves.
  4. Roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper to 1/16-inch thickness.
  5. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the bottom piece with the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
  7. Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
  9. Serve the crackers.
