Instructions
- Combine almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two halves.
- Roll out each half between two pieces of parchment paper to 1/16-inch thickness.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and transfer the bottom piece with the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into 2-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Sprinkle with extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve the crackers.
