Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice or tear the bread into ¾-inch cubes, yielding about 3 cups.
- Place the cubed bread on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Toss the bread to coat evenly and arrange it in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a plate to absorb excess oil. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if desired.
