Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the bread chunks and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake until golden, turning once halfway through. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the cubes, usually between 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
