Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (about 12 ounces), cut into ¼-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the bread into ¼ inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the bread on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake, flipping occasionally, until golden brown for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve.
