Homemade Croutons

bread (gluten-free, if needed)

extra virgin olive oil

garlic powder

dried oregano

fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and cut the bread into 1-inch cubes.
- Transfer the cubes to a bowl, and add in the olive oil. Toss well to distribute the oil.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano, and salt over the top, and toss again.
- Spread the bread cubes out on a large baking sheet, then bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir the croutons, then return to the oven and bake for about 5 more minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let the croutons cool completely on the pan before using.
