Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat the olive oil and smashed garlic in a small saucepan until aromatic, then remove from heat.
- Cut the bread into 3/4-inch cubes and place them on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the garlic oil over the bread, sprinkle with sea salt, and toss to coat.
- Spread the bread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 18 minutes until golden brown and crisp, depending on desired crispiness.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
