Ingredients

The bread

  • 1 package Wholesome Yum Keto Bread Mix
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened almond milk

The grilled cheese

  • 16 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 16 tsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Make the keto bread according to the package instructions and cool completely before slicing into ½ inch slices.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread 1 tsp of butter on each slice of bread and place one slice in the skillet, butter side down.
  4. Top with ½ cup of shredded cheese, then place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
  5. Cover the skillet and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden on the bottom.
  6. Carefully flip the sandwich, cover, and grill for another 3-5 minutes until golden on the other side and the cheese is melted.
