Instructions
- Make the keto bread according to the package instructions and cool completely before slicing into ½ inch slices.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread 1 tsp of butter on each slice of bread and place one slice in the skillet, butter side down.
- Top with ½ cup of shredded cheese, then place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Cover the skillet and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden on the bottom.
- Carefully flip the sandwich, cover, and grill for another 3-5 minutes until golden on the other side and the cheese is melted.
