Ingredients

  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 slice tasty cheese
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place the tasty cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on the non-buttered side of one slice.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread, non-buttered side facing down.
  4. Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat.
  5. Add the sandwich to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Press down on the sandwich, and when the cheese starts to ooze out, remove it from the heat.
  8. Sprinkle with flaky salt, slice in half, and serve immediately.
