Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the tasty cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on the non-buttered side of one slice.
- Top with the second slice of bread, non-buttered side facing down.
- Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat.
- Add the sandwich to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Press down on the sandwich, and when the cheese starts to ooze out, remove it from the heat.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt, slice in half, and serve immediately.
