Homemade Naan Bread

Instructions
- Combine sugar, warm water, and yeast in a small bowl and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- Make a well in the flour on a clean surface and add the yeast mixture, yogurt, salt, and oil.
- Knead the dough until smooth and shiny, about 10 minutes, then cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide the risen dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into an 8-inch circle.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and lightly grease it.
- Cook the rolled dough in the hot skillet until it puffs and develops blackened spots, then flip to cook the other side.
- Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and serve warm.
