Instructions
- Combine self-rising flour, salt (if using), and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until a dough forms, then shape it into a ball.
- Flour a surface and transfer the dough, flattening it into a circular shape.
- Cut the dough into 8 even pieces and flatten each piece into an oblong shape.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each piece of naan for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter or oil after cooking.
