Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 ¾ cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Optional topping

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Combine self-rising flour, salt (if using), and Greek yogurt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until a dough forms, then shape it into a ball.
  3. Flour a surface and transfer the dough, flattening it into a circular shape.
  4. Cut the dough into 8 even pieces and flatten each piece into an oblong shape.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each piece of naan for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter or oil after cooking.
