Easy Homemade Naan

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm water, yogurt, and olive oil.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until soft, then form into a ball.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.
- Once risen, roll the dough into a log and divide it into 10 pieces.
- Roll each piece into an oval, about ⅛-¼ inch thick.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan until bubbles form and the bottom is golden.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden, then set aside and keep warm.
- Brush each naan with ghee and sprinkle with salt before serving.
