Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, gelatin powder, and sea salt in a food processor and process until uniform.
- Add the eggs and warm water, then process until the dough forms a ball. Adjust with more water if too dry.
- Cut the dough into 6 sections and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball into a 1/16-inch thick circle using parchment paper or a tortilla press.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook each tortilla for 30-60 seconds per side until brown spots form, being careful not to overcook.
- Reheat tortillas in the microwave if they cool down and become stiff.
