Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour and spices.
- Add the beaten egg and corn extract, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.
- Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave until soft, then add it to the dough mixture and knead until well incorporated.
- Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about 1/16 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into triangles and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each piece.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden and firm, then let cool completely to crisp up.
