Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seasonings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and any spices you choose.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese for 1-2 minutes until warm.
  4. Pour the melted cheese into the almond flour and mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and flatten it lightly.
  6. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/6 inch thickness.
  7. Cut the rolled dough into triangular shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Transfer the chips to the lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet.
