Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup golden flaxmeal
  • 2 large egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, flaxmeal, egg whites, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until a ball of dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into two halves.
  4. Roll each half between two pieces of parchment paper to ⅛-inch thickness.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet using the bottom parchment paper.
  6. Cut the dough into triangular wedges, each 2½ inches on each side.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Serve the chips.
