Paleo Tortilla Chips

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, flaxmeal, egg whites, and salt in a food processor.
- Pulse until a ball of dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two halves.
- Roll each half between two pieces of parchment paper to ⅛-inch thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet using the bottom parchment paper.
- Cut the dough into triangular wedges, each 2½ inches on each side.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve the chips.
