Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 4 tablespoons warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 240C/460F.
  2. Combine the almond flour, protein powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder in a bowl.
  3. Add warm water and knead until the dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it thinly.
  5. Cut the dough into triangle shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush each triangle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are brown.
  8. Let the chips cool completely before serving.
