Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 240C/460F.
- Combine the almond flour, protein powder, salt, and psyllium husk powder in a bowl.
- Add warm water and knead until the dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it thinly.
- Cut the dough into triangle shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each triangle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are brown.
- Let the chips cool completely before serving.
