Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into round chip-like pieces.
- Soak the potato pieces in water for 1-2 hours to remove starch (optional).
- Dry the potato pieces thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with oil (if using) and maple syrup to coat.
- In a food processor, blend hemp seeds, almond meal, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt until mixed and powdered.
- Place the potato rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the Hemp Almond Parmesan mixture on both sides.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
