Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Slice the sweet potato into 1/8-inch-thick circular chips.
- Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until coated.
- Coat the baking sheets with olive oil and arrange the chips without overlapping.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the chips.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with more sea salt, and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
