Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  2. Slice the sweet potato into 1/8-inch-thick circular chips.
  3. Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until coated.
  4. Coat the baking sheets with olive oil and arrange the chips without overlapping.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt over the chips.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with more sea salt, and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
