Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then thinly chop them uniformly.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil.
- Add sea salt, chipotle pepper powder, and brown sugar, and toss until well coated.
- Transfer the potato slices to lightly greased baking sheets in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, flipping once around the 20-minute mark until browned and crispy.
- Let the chips cool completely before storing to maintain crispness.
