Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into one-inch pieces.
- Place the sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot off the heat.
- Chop the chipotle peppers while the potatoes are boiling.
- Add milk, butter, brown sugar, and chipotle peppers to the drained potatoes.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
