Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot.
- Add sweet potatoes and boil for about 15 minutes until soft. Drain and pat dry.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Return sweet potatoes to the pot, add milk, and mash to desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
