  3. Knead the dough gently until smooth and form it into a ball.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 large or 8 small pieces.
  5. Roll out each piece between parchment paper until thin.
  6. Cut out circular shapes using a plate.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan and cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side.
