Instructions
- Combine almond flour, psyllium husks, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil and warm water, mixing until fully combined.
- Knead the dough gently until smooth and form it into a ball.
- Divide the dough into 4 large or 8 small pieces.
- Roll out each piece between parchment paper until thin.
- Cut out circular shapes using a plate.
- Heat a non-stick pan and cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side.
