Instructions
- Mix almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball between two sheets of parchment paper to form tortillas.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until pliable.
- In a separate skillet, heat neutral oil and cook ground beef until browned.
- Add salt, taco seasoning, and water to the beef, stirring to combine and simmer until thickened.
- Fill tortillas with taco meat and top with cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and lettuce as desired.
