Ingredients

  • 8 pieces keto tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons keto taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. 1. Lay out the tortillas or taco shells and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and heat it.
  3. 3. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  4. 4. Add the keto taco seasoning and water, stirring until combined.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and fill the tortillas with the ground beef mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
