Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef in chunks, season with salt and pepper, and brown for about 3 minutes.
- Flip and break up the beef, cooking until almost done, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and onion powder, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and tomato sauce, then simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the filling warm over warmed tortillas with toppings like lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes.
