Ground Beef Tacos

Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey with onion and a pinch of salt and pepper until the meat is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Drain any excess grease if needed.
- 3. Return the skillet to heat and stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Add the tomato sauce and minced jalapeños (if using) and simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
- 6. Serve in taco shells with your choice of toppings.
