Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 teaspoon of salt, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5 minutes.
- Add the drained lentils, cumin, chili powder, and oregano to the skillet, stirring well for 3 to 5 minutes until the lentils blend in with the meat.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, then serve the taco meat in tortillas or over greens, adding toppings as desired.
