Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Let the batter sit for a minute to thicken slightly.
- If using gelatin, sprinkle it over the batter and whisk to avoid clumping, then add more milk if needed.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and tilt to distribute evenly.
- Cook covered until edges are golden and bubbles form, about 1-2 minutes.
- Flip the tortilla and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
