Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, psyllium husk, and salt in a bowl or food processor to eliminate clumps.
- Stir in non-dairy milk and knead the mixture into a ball, then cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 sections and roll each between wax paper to about ⅛-¼ inch thick.
- Use a lid to cut circles from the rolled dough to form tortillas.
- Heat a nonstick pan and brush with olive oil, then cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
