Homemade Coconut Flour Tortillas

Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, psyllium husk fiber, and salt in a bowl or food processor to eliminate clumps.
- Stir in the non-dairy milk and knead the mixture into a ball for about 1 minute.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 sections and roll each section out between wax paper until about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
- Use a small lid to cut circles from the rolled dough.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and brush with olive oil.
- Cook each tortilla for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
