Ingredients

  • 8 large Egg Whites
  • cup Coconut flour
  • 10 tbsp Water
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • ¼ tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine egg whites, coconut flour, baking powder, and water in a bowl until well mixed.
  2. Heat a skillet on low heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Pour some of the batter into the center of the skillet and quickly tilt to spread it thin.
  4. Cook until it starts to rise or bubble, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Repeat the process until all batter is used.
