Instructions
- Combine egg whites, coconut flour, baking powder, and water in a bowl until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet on low heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour some of the batter into the center of the skillet and quickly tilt to spread it thin.
- Cook until it starts to rise or bubble, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
- Repeat the process until all batter is used.
