Instructions
- Combine egg whites, coconut flour, baking powder, and spices in a mixing bowl and whisk until well mixed.
- Let the mixture sit for several minutes to thicken.
- Grease a large non-stick pan and heat on low-medium.
- Pour ¼ cup portions of the mixture into the pan and spread it out.
- Cover the pan and cook until bubbles appear around the edges, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Allow the flatbreads to cool completely before using.
